We are seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design, planning, and execution of landscape projects from concept through construction and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in landscape architecture, irrigation systems, and site supervision, combined with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation design drawings
- Develop construction documents, technical specifications, and detailed drawings for landscape works
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material take-offs
- Supervise landscape construction works on site, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project phases
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples for approval
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, snag lists, and punch lists
- Ensure compliance with local municipal codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards
- Select appropriate plant species, soil types, and irrigation systems suited to local climate and site conditions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction phases
- Prepare as-built drawings and project closeout documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and construction supervision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; GIS knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape materials, and regional plant palettes
- Experience with BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and technical specification writing
- Familiarity with local building codes, landscape regulations, and sustainability practices
- Proven experience in site supervision and quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license (site visits required)
