Your future role


"Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Sub System Manager (SSM) by ensuring the successful execution of the work package in ODYC. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering, and operations), develop and follow a robust mobilization plan, create and monitor KPIs, and track the progress of action plans, and much more."We’ll look to you for:


  • Supporting the Sub System Manager in overseeing the work package in ODYC.
  • Developing and maintaining the mobilization plan to ensure project readiness.,
  • Reporting to the line manager any issues related to the Sub System Manager's work package.,
  • Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance.,
  • Following up on action plans to ensure timely execution.,
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics.
  • Take charge of TSM petty cash to support the maintenance activities.
  • Lead weekly operation meetings and maintain trackers and communicate MOMs.
  • Support maintenance teams with purchase request and define general requirements when needed
