• Oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.

2. Manufacturing Operations – Experience in industrial production environments.
   
3. Quality Control – Ensuring product quality and compliance standards.
   
4. Process Improvement – Identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
   
5. Team Leadership – Supervising production personnel and operations.
   

• Gulf manufacturing experience.
  
• Arabic language proficiency.
  
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure.
  

Candidates must possess 10–15 years of production engineering experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments and production management is highly desirable.

• Minimum: Typical – B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing / Industrial Management
  
• Additional: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Certifications
