We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects to oversee project execution, construction activities, and delivery in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical engineering background and extensive experience managing EPC and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the execution of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, quality requirements, and HSE policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Review and approve project documentation, method statements, and construction plans.
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and performance KPIs.
  • Resolve technical, contractual, and operational challenges during project execution.
  • Ensure successful commissioning, handover, and project closeout.


Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management or construction management.

Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical construction activities, piping, equipment installation, and commissioning.

Experience managing large-scale industrial projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with international project standards and construction practices.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent are preferred.
