Purchasing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced F&B Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement across its growing portfolio of hotels & restaurants throughout the Kingdom.

Based in Jeddah & reporting to senior leadership, this role suits a commercially driven procurement professional with extensive Food & Beverage purchasing experience within Saudi Arabia, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills would be advantageous
• Proven purchasing management experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong Food & Beverage procurement background with an established supplier network across the Kingdom.
• Experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts or hospitality outlets.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management and contract management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings without compromising quality.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management, purchasing systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all purchasing and procurement activities across the restaurant & hospitality portfolio.
• Source high-quality food, beverage, operating supplies and equipment while maintaining strict cost controls.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating favourable pricing, contracts and service agreements.
• Identify new suppliers and products that support menu innovation and operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations and product availability to ensure competitive purchasing strategies.
• Ensure procurement complies with company policies, local regulations and food safety standards.
• Work closely with Culinary, Operations, Finance and Store Management teams to forecast purchasing requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing budgets and stock optimisation across multiple locations.
• Analyse purchasing data and produce regular reports on spend, supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and profitability throughout the procurement function.

Salary Package: SAR 16000 – 18000 All-inclusive
