Job description

We are looking for a RegTech Manager! If you're passionate about regulatory technology, compliance innovation, and driving smarter risk management, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions supporting Compliance and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) functions.
  • Ensure AFC systems and tools meet regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design and tracking of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Compliance and AFC functions related to their systems.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor teams in adopting RegTech best practices within Compliance and AFC.
  • Coordinate with internal units within Compliance and with external departments to support the delivery of regulatory technology projects and solutions.
  • Support automation, digital transformation, and process optimization across compliance and financial crime prevention.
  • Monitor regulatory and industry developments, ensuring technology and processes remain aligned.
  • Act as a focal point for technology-enabled compliance projects and inspections.
  • Conduct periodic system audits and validations to ensure continued effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
  • Prepare and present strategic technology roadmaps and performance reports.
  • Train compliance staff on new technologies and promote digital literacy within the department.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or other related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of combined experience in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, Regulatory Technology (RegTech), or other related technology functions.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT, Fraud Risk Management,and regulatory technology frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to financial institutions and fintech companies.
  • Understanding of system implementation lifecycle, business requirements gathering, testing (UAT), change management, and vendor management.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, or equivalent reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, digital transformation initiatives, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Understanding of system controls, audit trails, access management, and governance requirements
Leadership & Management Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and performance reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
