As a Sales Associate at EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub you will deliver exceptional sales results by assisting the customer in selecting products best suited to their lifestyle. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Associate is responsible for Strengthening brand exposure in point of sale, consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards, improving brand knowledge and sales techniques, Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and achieving his/her individual targets and contributing to the achievement of the store targets. Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome Comply with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety are adhered to Be responsible to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis in coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager. Monitor and report sales results. Control of client stock assortment. Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals. Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player. Mentor new Sales Associate if required by leading with an example.
