We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The role will be responsible for overseeing mechanical design, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.



Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical works including HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire protection, and associated utilities
  • Review and manage mechanical design drawings, calculations, and technical submittals
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines
  • Monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety requirements, and quality objectives
  • Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to the project team

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience, with proven senior-level responsibility on large-scale construction projects
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory
  • Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to data centres (HVAC, cooling, fire protection, etc.)
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
