Join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of landmark residential and commercial construction projects across Riyadh. We are looking for a proactive Senior Planning Engineer with strong experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and stakeholder coordination within fast-paced building environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and monitor baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved milestones.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Perform critical path analysis, productivity assessments, and delay evaluations.
  • Review subcontractor schedules and support project teams in achieving planned targets.

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

✔ 7+ years of planning experience in residential and commercial construction projects
