Accountabilities:
  • Prepare and review key process engineering deliverables, including Process Design Basis, Heat & Material Balances, PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and process calculations.
  • Carry out process simulations, equipment sizing, and technical evaluations to support project design and execution.
  • Ensure process engineering activities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, applicable standards, and Worley procedures.
  • Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA studies.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases as required.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, licensors, and project teams to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process performance, operability, energy efficiency, and overall project value.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support the development of the process engineering team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of process engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and EPCM projects.
  • Extensive GCC project experience is preferred, with Saudi Aramco project experience considered a strong advantage.
