We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Technical Office & Estimation Engineer – Mechanical (HVAC & BMS) in Kuwait / Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the MEP Contracting and HVAC Engineering sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities


• Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents for HVAC & BMS projects.

• Prepare RFIs and manage RFQs for HVAC equipment, controls, and associated systems.

• Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) reports.

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, insulation, valves, and air distribution systems.

• Execute HVAC design calculations including cooling load, ESP, duct sizing, and pump head calculations.

• Develop coordinated shop drawings and MEP layouts using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.

• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and regional project specifications.

Required Skills


  1. HVAC Estimation – Preparation of accurate project cost estimates and bid evaluations.
  2. Carrier HAP – Cooling load calculations and HVAC design validation.
  3. Revit MEP – BIM modeling and quantity extraction.
  4. AutoCAD – Shop drawing preparation and drafting coordination.
  5. Quantity Surveying – Material take-off and BOQ verification.

Preferred Skills


• Experience in Kuwait or KSA HVAC projects.

• Knowledge of BMS integration and controls.

• Familiarity with McQuay Design Tools and pipe sizing software.

Work Experience Requirements


Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in HVAC contracting, technical office engineering, estimation, or tendering functions. Prior exposure to Kuwait or Saudi Arabia projects is strongly preferred. Experience handling commercial comparisons, quantity take-offs, and coordinated MEP shop drawings is essential.


Education


Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate qualification or HVAC-related certifications

Additional Certifications: HVAC Design, BIM/Revit, ASHRAE-related certifications
