Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Abad Al-Zal Company, you will be the mastermind and driving force behind the growth of our strategic projects. We are not looking for a mere salesperson, but a technical partner who possesses the vision to design innovative engineering solutions and the leadership ability to foster sustainable and deep relationships with our key strategic clients. Your responsibility will be to transform engineering challenges into tangible business success stories.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations for major projects and engage with key clients to maintain and achieve sales objectives or exceed them.
Prepare advanced technical proposals and pricing that include comprehensive design and engineering solutions.
Provide high-level technical consultations that ensure client trust and meet their expectations.
Supervise and mentor sales engineers professionally to ensure collective goal achievement.
Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with technical and operational departments to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular site visits to assess technical needs and build strong relationships.
Achieve financial targets (annual and monthly) and take responsibility for collecting project dues.
Prepare periodic reports (daily and weekly) that accurately reflect sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.

Proficiency in customer relationship management and project management.

Diverse knowledge of structural frameworks and contracting projects.
Proficient in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
