Performs routine tests through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance.Thatis targeting the best quality, maximum costsaving,and shortest delivery time. Control the quality ofGIS/MaintainTest Report Database. Contribute actively to improving manufacturingprocesses. Maintaina safeand clean work environment.
Howyou’llmake an impact
Perform Assembly,repairand routine tests (Mechanical, 10KV, HV, functional & resistance measurements) of GIS bays (including components & modules) according to the prepared workinstructions, drawings, bill of materials, checklists,guidelinesand customer order data.
Fulfill orders relatedto workpackages according to production data and instructions.
Self-check of workpackagesresults, filling out andconfirmingon assigned checklists and Protocols.
Target the best performance intermsof quality,cost,and delivery time.
Quality control and immediate escalation of Quality issues. Record deviation, support root cause of failure and write qualityproblems/ non-conformance reports.
Supportforgathering product improvement comment/feedback from the GIS LSC (local Service Center) engineers.
Actively support teamwork, effectivelycommunicateand collaborate with internal customer/stakeholder/colleagues(assembly, testing,logistics...etc).
Independently follow the factory rules & guidelines related to safety, quality,environment,recyclingandhousekeeping.
Maintaina safeworking environment by following ABB-HSEguidelinesand reporting of anyirregularities tosuperiors.
Contribute actively tocontinuedimprovement process and Lean culture.
Providing feedback, sharingideas,and observations whenever possible.
Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary tofulfil the job requirements
Adequate handling of factory equipment and tools,maintaintestequipment'sand sustain proper continuous calibration.

Your background
Bachelorof Science in Electrical Engineering.
2-3years' experiencein laboratory or testing activities.
Stronganalyticaland problem-solving skills.
Reading and understandingtechnical drawingsand material lists.
Excellent verbaland writtencommunicationsskills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
