An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Manager to join this expanding hospitality group leading the learning & development function across its growing portfolio of restaurants throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Based in Jeddah & reporting to senior leadership, this role offers the opportunity to build, shape & elevate the company's training department while establishing a best-in-class in-house Hospitality Academy that develops future leaders, strengthens operational excellence, & delivers exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in both verbal & written English essential
  • This position requires regular travel throughout the Kingdom to support restaurant openings, operational teams & training initiatives.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager or senior position within a hospitality (F&B focused) or restaurant group.
  • Multi-site hospitality or restaurant experience desirable
  • Previous experience within the Middle East essential
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing structured training programmes and leadership development initiatives.
  • Passion for developing people and creating high-performing service cultures.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement the Group's Learning & Development strategy for the restaurant division.
  • Design, launch & manage the company's in-house Hospitality Academy.
  • Create structured onboarding programmes for all restaurant employees.
  • Develop leadership pathways for supervisors, restaurant managers and future leaders.
  • Deliver engaging training programmes focused on guest service, operational excellence, food & beverage knowledge and leadership development.
  • Standardise training materials, SOPs and operational best practices across all restaurant brands.
  • Partner with operational leaders to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop digital learning content, training manuals and competency frameworks.
  • Measure training effectiveness through operational KPIs, guest satisfaction and employee development metrics.
  • Coach restaurant management teams to become effective trainers & mentors.
  • Support new restaurant openings & expansion projects across Saudi Arabia.
