Job description

We're BlueCat—a Great Place to Work for good reason. Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world's largest organizations. In simple terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably—the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you're looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.
BlueCat is a Network Intelligent Operations company, helping organizations transform their networks into a source of actionable insight, control, and automation. Our platform leverages AI-driven intelligence to enable teams to proactively manage, secure, and optimize complex, distributed environments through intelligent network operations.
BlueCat is seeking a Product Manager (Technical) to support the evolution of our Network Observability offering, including the LiveNX product and a new Network Synthetics initiative.
In this role, you will work closely with customers (network engineers) and collaborate across engineering, sales, sales engineering, support, and marketing to execute the product roadmap, gather customer insights, and deliver impactful features that drive customer value and business growth.
What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap for Network Observability, including LiveNX and Network Synthetics
  • Support the definition and delivery of features for the Network Synthetics product
  • Translate product requirements into user stories and maintain a well-prioritized backlog
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
  • Assist in incorporating AI-driven insights into observability workflows, including event correlation, root cause analysis, and emerging agentic capabilities
  • Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather feedback, validate use cases, and understand real-world challenges
  • Partner with sales engineers and customer-facing teams to support demos, evaluations, and customer engagements
  • Develop training and enablement materials, including documentation, demos, presentations, and customer-facing webinars
  • Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and enablement
  • Track product performance metrics and contribute to ongoing analysis and reporting
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a technical role such as network engineering, IT operations, or sales engineering
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with networking technologies such as routing, wireless, NetFlow, or similar
  • Strong customer orientation, with experience engaging users, gathering feedback, or supporting customer-facing activities
  • Interest in observability, AI/ML, or data-driven products
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and communicate clearly
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Why Join BlueCat
  • Opportunity to contribute to AI-driven Network Intelligent Operations and observability
  • Be part of a company where AI is a core driver of innovation, powering advanced capabilities like correlation, automation, and agentic workflows across the network
  • Hands-on experience working on innovative products, including Network Synthetics
  • High exposure to customers and real-world use cases
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong mentorship
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, and impact
