What You’ll Do


  • Onboard and manage clients to ensure successful Google Ads campaign setups.
  • Develop smart, tailored PPC strategies to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.
  • Act as a trusted Google Ads consultant, advising on best practices, targeting, budget, and campaign design.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular, actionable reports.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts and recommend additional products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, support, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, Google Ads updates, and digital innovations.

What You Need For This Role


  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and working with digital performance agencies.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GTM experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Slovak is preferred.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 23,040 EUR.


In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
