The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

We’re collaborative, fast‑moving, and committed to making data a competitive advantage.

This position focuses on applying market‑ and country‑specific business rules, calculations, and logic to ensure data is consistently staged, interpretable, and decision‑ready for the business.

Where you come in:

  • Maintain, build, and optimize data warehouse, developing ETL solutions, automated data flow and analytics “as-a-service” environment within EMEA

  • Apply and maintain market‑ and country specific business rules, transformations, and calculations to support local commercial models, KPIs, incentives, and decision-making.

  • Validate staged datasets through systematic quality checks, reconciling results to source systems, and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies prior to release.

  • Act as the business intelligence partner for the EMEA organization while partnering with Global peers to develop the Global data/analytics platform

  • Partner with business owners and technical peers to in-take requests and develop analytical proposals/solution

  • Partner closely with Commercial Analytics, CRM Operations, MDM, and Sales Operations teams to understand data requirements and ensure staged outputs meet downstream consumption needs.

  • Document staging logic, transformation rules, calculation methodologies, and market specific exceptions to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.

  • Support ongoing enhancements by updating staging logic in response to changes in business rules, commercial models, country requirements, or upstream data sources.

  • Monitor and track data quality metrics related to staged datasets, proactively identifying opportunities to improve robustness, consistency, and reusability.

What makes you successful:

  • Experience in data operations, data preparation, analytics enablement, or reporting roles where transforming and validating data for downstream use is a core responsibility.

  • Strong understanding of how business rules, calculations, and data definitions impact analytics, reporting, and commercial decision-making.

  • Experience working with multi-country or regional commercial data, including managing market specific logic and local exceptions.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to systematically test, reconcile, and validate data outputs across multiple sources.

  • Comfortable documenting logic, assumptions, and methodologies, so data transformations are transparent, repeatable, and auditable.

  • Clear communicator able to collaborate effectively with analytics teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Execution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach to data quality, scalability, and reliability.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency are critical to business confidence and decision‑making.

  • 4+ years working experience with Tableau, SQL, database management, and data integration

  • Preference for experience working in Python-based data integration and pipeline development

  • Preference for experience working in GitHub, Oracle, S3, and Redshift ecosystem

What you’ll get:
