Mandatory Requirements


  • 5–10 years of SCM solution implementation consulting experience.
  • Strong experience in:
    • SCM solution design
    • Conducting solution playback/workshop sessions with business stakeholders
    • Integration solution design across enterprise applications
    • Data conversion strategy, mapping, migration, and validation
  • Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SCM solutions.
  • Design end-to-end SCM business processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct solution playback and design validation workshops with business users.
  • Define functional requirements for integrations with enterprise applications and collaborate with technical teams on implementation.
  • Lead data migration activities including data assessment, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization activities.

Required Skills


  • Strong functional consulting experience in SCM implementations.
  • Expertise in solution design, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in integration solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of data conversion and migration methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead client-facing workshops.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS SCM or other enterprise SCM platforms is acceptable.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware is an advantage.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end SCM implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.

Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
