Job description

Contract: 6 Months (+ 6 Months Renewal)
Location: Chonburi
Bonus: 1 Month (upon completion of 1 year)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction and installation activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in line with customer expectations.
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, electrical contractors, subcontractors, Field Service Representatives (FSR), safety personnel, and site administration staff.
  • Monitor daily site progress, manpower utilization, material availability, equipment readiness, and site constraints affecting project execution.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, E-House solutions, protection and control systems, and related power distribution equipment.
  • Review and follow up on method statements, work permits, inspection and test plans (ITP), punch lists, commissioning activities, and site reports.
  • Ensure all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
  • Attend and lead site coordination meetings with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial impacts to the Project Manager.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and site execution strategies to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in site management, project execution, or construction management within electrical infrastructure, power distribution, industrial, or data center projects.
  • Strong experience in MV/LV electrical installation, switchgear, transformers, substations, E-House solutions, power distribution systems, or data center electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing electrical contractors, subcontractors, and commissioning activities on complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under project deadlines and manage multiple site priorities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
