Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Report to: Credit & Collections Supervisor

The Quality Inspector and Credit Processor should be highly motivated and analytical with strong focus on attention to detail thus ensuring, internal and external, customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for inspecting product outputs, identifying mistakes or non-compliance issues and process credit notes to customers.

Primary responsibilities


  • Perform detail checks on customer orders to capture the highest level of accuracy and detail. 
  • Provide feedback across all levels of the organization including supervisors and sales team on any issues.
  • Identify, discuss and resolve issues
  • Provide actionable data to various support groups as needed
  • Work independently whilst working within the team
  • Support process and quality improvements in the Contact Centre
  • Identify order/product opportunities and issues, then determine when escalation is necessary
  • Investigate and respond to all quality issues
  • Perform verification and process of credit
  • investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Prepare and submit reports to the quality management team
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • A fluent level in English is a must
  • Contact Centre experience is required
  • Knowledgeable of quality assessment processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Advanced MS office (Excel / Power Point /Word)
