In this role as Engineering Project Leader, impactful projects are led from planning to industrialization, contributing to efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Working across teams and sites, this position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, technology transfer, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead engineering projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
  • Coordinate technology transfer activities across sites, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth industrialization
  • Drive process development and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Plan and execute equipment and process qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), including validation of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and processes
  • Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while tracking performance through KPIs and reporting progress to management
  • Perform risk assessments using methodologies such as FMEA and implement mitigation actions to reduce operational risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D) and lead continuous improvement and problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes including CAPA, change control, and deviation management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and multi-site environments
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and complex setting
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and a results-oriented mindset
  • High level of collaboration, interpersonal effectiveness, and negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
