Job Description
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, distribution groups, and security policies
  • Manage and support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and collaboration services
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams environments, policies, meetings, and voice/collaboration features
  • Handle endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, and compliance management
  • Support Windows 10/11 device lifecycle management
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations related to workplace technologies
  • Deploy software packages, updates, and security configurations
  • Monitor endpoint health, Microsoft 365 services, and compliance status
  • Troubleshoot complex desktop, collaboration, and infrastructure-related issues
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Participate in workplace modernization and automation initiatives using PowerShell and Microsoft . technologies .


Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Active Directory & Group Policy
    • Microsoft Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams Administration
    • Windows 10/11 Administration
    • Endpoint Management & Device Compliance
  • Knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
    • PowerShell scripting
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • ITIL processes and incident management
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise collaboration and endpoint issues
  • Understanding of security best practices and endpoint hardening
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
