Job description

Job Title: Junior Email Coordinator (Day Shift)
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Report to: Global Email Director

Primary responsibilities


  • Use marketing toolsets to set up campaigns, promotions, and landing pages. 
  • Help drive profitable revenue growth through set up of personalized and relevant email messaging to customers in 22 locales across Europe and Asia Pacific regions. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, collaborating with a cross functional team including creative design and website merchandising to ensure cohesive experiences. 
  • Setting up A/B testing on various email campaigns to continually refine and optimize our program. 
  • Ensure that all email campaigns are carried out within the time defined in the emailing plan, respecting all the Marketing Mix variables defined by the Email Marketing Manager: price, product, targeting, and communication content. 
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overall company strategy, branding, marketing, and sales goals. 
  • Ensure that campaigns are accessible and functional on PCs and mobile devices. 
  • Compile Email Specific reports highlighting email KPIs, best-selling items, and popular searched products.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience 
  • Email marketing experience is a plus. 
  • Business Fluent in English written and spoken (another language is welcome) 
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel skills 
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, and strength of proposal
