Join the LEGO® Group as an Account Manager within our B2B eCommerce team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across Türkiye’s leading online marketplaces. Working with some of the country's most recognised digital retailers, you'll shape customer strategy, accelerate consumer sales and deliver exceptional online shopping experiences that inspire builders of all ages.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team during a period of transformation, where you'll help shape the future of one of our fastest-growing channels.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office location in Istanbul, with 2 days from home.

No relocation or visa support is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be Friday 31st July 2026.   Please submit your CV in English.

Core Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you'll own strategic customer relationships, developing and delivering commercial plans that create value for both our customers and the LEGO Group. You will:

  • Build and lead strategic relationships with major eCommerce customers, developing joint business plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Own the commercial performance and P&L of your accounts, driving consumer sales through effective planning, forecasting and trade investment management.

  • Partner closely with Retail Media colleagues to deliver best-in-class online execution, improving discoverability, digital shelf performance, content, search visibility and conversion.

  • Identify new commercial opportunities through data, insights and customer collaboration, balancing long-term brand growth with short-term commercial objectives.

  • Deliver accurate demand forecasts, proactively managing risks, opportunities and product availability.

  • Execute monthly trading priorities in line with retailer promotional calendars, ensuring outstanding operational excellence.

  • Influence senior internal and external stakeholders, presenting customer plans, performance updates and growth opportunities with confidence.

  • Champion the LEGO Partner Promise by building trusted, long-term customer relationships.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven Account Management experience within eCommerce, digital retail and/or omnichannel sales.

  • Experience managing major online retailers or marketplaces, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Goods or leading eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including customer P&L ownership, trade investment, forecasting and commercial planning.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working with leading online marketplaces or major eCommerce retailers such as Amazon, Trendyol or Hepsiburada would be highly advantageous.

  • Fluency in Professional English - both written and verbal.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Our B2B eCommerce team is responsible for delivering online sales growth across Türkiye’s most important digital retailers. This channel is one of the fastest-growing parts of our business and plays a critical role in achieving our commercial ambitions.
