You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Bartender is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
  • Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take drink and food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of glassware and ingredients.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service, following legal drinking age regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed.
  • Report shortages or maintenance needs to management.
  • Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain an accurate cash register and balance daily sales.
  • Prepare reports on sales and inventory as required.
  • Assist with hotel events, banquets, and special promotions.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.


Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
