Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, EDI, FTP, and web services integration.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage and implement IT systems effectively.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related IT Field.
Job Description
• Provide technical support for WMS, TMS, and other IT applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a key contributor to new WMS project implementations, including system setup, integration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system implementation and maintenance phases.
• Ensure all IT activities align with approved processes and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, and data integration teams.
• Monitor and optimize IT systems to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking within IT systems and ensure timely updates.
