Job Overview




This role is based in Ankara with regular visits to other offices.



Ensure business planning activities (Budget, Forecasts, Monthly variance Reporting) for Turkey (Isbir / Opak ) on Manufacturing and Supply-Chain activities in compliance with EssilorLuxottica Standards and timetable and ensure accuracy on accounting and reporting costs. Provide advice on Capex opportunities, synergies, opex savings, and overall financial advice to META Operations Management Team and EMEA Operations Finance.




Key Responsibilities:




Business analysis




  • Analyse and Report regularly to META Operations Director on the overall RX and distribution financial situation at prescription lab level.
  • Standardize reporting and financial planning activities as per EMEA standards.
  • Analyse and understand the COGS evolution including manufacturing expenses, material consumption, imported lenses
  • Ensure that the inventory provision is performed monthly in line with the Group guidelines
  • Follow-up Manufacturing / Warehousing investments (Capex, Opex).
  • Propose / drive business cases on the transformation program.

 Financial Planning




  • Animate Budget, forecast and reforecast processes for Turkey Operations.
  • Ensure timely reporting, control financial data and provide detailed explanations on monthly cost Variances on RX and SC.
  • Provide financial input for Mid-term plans
  • Ensure timely Capex control

Travel




  • Regular visits into the 2 other sites in Turkey

Key Skills:




  • Graduate or post graduate degree in Finance, with 5-10 years minimum of work experience in Finance Functions, ideally within Operations with exposure to manufacturing.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English, and work well with other departments/functions.
  • Mastery of financial Manufacturing activities and related financial planning activities
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Strong controlling & financial analysis skills (budget, forecast, variances)
  • Good knowledge of RX manufacturing and supply-chain stakes and value elements
  • Ability to work in Matrix with complex organizations andto manage ambiguity
