We are currently looking for a temporary "Payroll Analyst” (6-month fixed-term contract) for our global client operating in the technology sector.



  • Bachelor's degree and experience in payroll operations, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, social security regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with professional proficiency in English.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll activities.
  • Coordinate with payroll service providers, perform payroll system transactions, and support off-cycle processes including new hires, terminations, severance calculations, and other payroll adjustments.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and HR teams on payroll processes, legislation, tax matters, and social security requirements.
  • Support payroll audits, tax-related requests, compliance activities, and maintain up-to-date documentation for payroll procedures, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
  •  Participate in payroll projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating payroll results and ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.
