Qualifications




  • Preferably engineering Bachelor's Degree and min 10 years of experience leading global project in production industry.
  • English language skills required
  • Good Microsoft Office skill
  • Technical person skills, good communication skills, cooperation within global environment, following customer needs and standards.
  • Experience in international / matrix organization.
  • Track record in ramp-up, transformation or crisis environments.

Job Description




  • Define and deploy site procurement strategy
  • Secure production ramp-up (manage supply risks, crises)
  • Lead supplier performance (QCD) and development
  • Manage CAPEX and indirect procurement strategy
  • Lead and develop the procurement team
  • Act as key member of the site management team
