🎯 What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic/digital design (B2B or SaaS a plus) Proficiency in Figma and Canva Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design Ability to apply and protect our brand/corporate identity consistently across all channels Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate and enhance design work Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar) A portfolio showing range across web, brand, and content ✨ Nice to Have Experience in Fintech/RegTech or other regulated B2B industries Familiarity with web/no-code tools (Webflow, Framer) Video editing skills
