What You'll Do
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target industries in the UAE
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients, from first contact through to closed deal
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos that clearly communicate the value of our AI and digital transformation solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay current on AI and digital transformation trends to speak credibly with clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in the CRM
✓ Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech, or consulting background a plus)
✓ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✓ Self-starter mentality — comfortable working with autonomy and ownership
✓ UAE market experience and existing professional network preferred
✓ Genuine interest in AI and digital transformation
✓ Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus
✓ Valid UAE driving license preferred
