About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take handle of day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations . You will be a key player in maintaining records
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Record Keeping
· Maintain accurate accounting records, including data entry, reconciliations, and monthly bookkeeping .
· Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections .
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment gateways .
· Oversee general ledger accuracy and post accounting entries across all categories .
Reporting & Compliance
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with IFRS .
· Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including preparation and filing via the EmaraTax portal .
· Coordinate with external auditors, preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation .
· Assist with payroll processing, including WPS and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations .
· Maintain Excel trackers for expenses, payments, and internal reports .
