Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
This position is based in The Cove Rotana Resort.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Assist with payroll processing
- Update financial data in the accounting system
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Handle general accounting tasks as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
