Location: Remote (Middle East Preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Language Specialist to support our growing marketing and communications activities across the Middle East. This part-time role is ideal for a highly skilled language professional with extensive experience translating business, technology, and marketing content from English to Arabic.


The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our content is accurately translated, culturally appropriate, and aligned with our brand voice across multiple channels and formats.


Key Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing content between to Arabic, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Adapt content for Arabic-speaking audiences while preserving the original intent, tone, and messaging.
  • Translate and review:
    • Social media posts
    • Press releases
    • Blogs and articles
    • Case studies
    • Whitepapers and eBooks
    • Brochures and marketing collateral
    • Event invitations and email campaigns
    • Sales presentations and solution overviews
    • Website content and landing pages
  • Proofread and quality-check translated content before publication.
  • Ensure consistency of terminology, messaging, and brand voice across all Arabic-language communications.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign deadlines and support regional initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain translation standards and terminology guidelines for key business and technical topics.
  • Support future website localisation and broader Arabic content expansion initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of professional translation experience.
  • Native Arabic speaker with exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business, technology, and corporate communications content.
  • Experience translating marketing materials, press releases, digital content, and executive communications.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern business and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating SAP, ERP, cloud, AI, digital transformation, government, or enterprise technology content.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing and corporate communications functions.
  • Familiarity with website localisation and multilingual content management.
  • Previous experience working with consulting, technology, or professional services organisations.
