One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Assistant Service Manager.



Key Responsibilities:
  • •Assist in the management and development of a multi-disciplinary regional service organization.
    •Lead and coordinate teams of electrical, mechanical, digital, workflow, and field service engineers.
    •Manage daily service operations, installations, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, and customer escalations.
    •Maintain and improve departmental profitability, efficiency, service quality, and budget performance.
    •Develop and implement operational improvements, KPIs, reporting structures, and service strategies.
    •Ensure strong coordination with international principals and manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
    •Support long-term organizational continuity, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.
    •Maintain strong relationships with key regional customers and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • •Proven experience managing a technical service organization with multiple engineering competencies.
  • •Demonstrated success in achieving and improving operational and financial budgets.
  • •Strong leadership background managing service engineers across various disciplines.
  • •Experience working with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • •Strong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding.
