Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements using industry-standard techniques.


  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


  • Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.


  • Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.


  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.


  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.


  • Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation.


  • Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and delivery tracking.


  • Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational strategy.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.


  • Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS will be required.


  • Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).


  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
