Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements using industry-standard techniques.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation.

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS will be required.
Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
