We are currently partnering with a leading organization in the insurance sector to hire aBusiness Analystto join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of software engineering and enterprise IT systems, who is passionate about driving digital transformation initiatives.


The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, support system development, and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
  • Support the software development lifecycle by providing clarifications, reviewing deliverables, and troubleshooting issues
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Analyze business processes, operations, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Perform system and data analysis to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with performance standards
  • Create test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of digital systems and solutions

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on newly implemented systems

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or technology-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise IT systems
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis tools
  • Knowledge of process mapping techniques, including flow diagrams and data models
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant analytical tools
  • Prior experience within the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred
  • Experience in project management or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
