Event BDR is a new way to work the biggest events in the region. We place vetted business development reps directly onto exhibition floors — so companies exhibiting or attending a major show can capture the leads a single booth could never reach on its own.


Our next deployment is LEAP in Riyadh, one of the world's largest tech events. We're building the floor team now, and we're looking for reps with a tech background who know how to turn a conversation into a lead.


This isn't a desk job or a cold-call role. You work the exhibition floor in person: start conversations, qualify interest, capture leads, and book meetings while the event is live. It's freelance and flexible — get vetted once, pick the events you want to work, and get paid on what you deliver.


What you'll do

  • Work the exhibition floor to identify and approach relevant prospects, investors, and partners
  • Start conversations, qualify interest, and represent the client you're deployed for professionally
  • Capture accurate lead details in the Event BDR app in real time
  • Book qualified meetings, or walk prospects to the client's stand for a live introduction
  • Bridge language and communication gaps to keep conversations moving toward a close
  • Report your activity through the platform as the event runs


Compensation

  • Freelance, per-engagement
  • A day rate plus per-lead and per-meeting earnings
  • Performance-based: the more you capture and book, the more you earn
