We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries, providing expert care to patients with complex heart and lung conditions.
As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes through both surgical excellence and collaborative patient management.
Key Responsibilities Assess patients' conditions and recommend appropriate surgical interventions for cardiac and thoracic diseases.
Perform complex cardiothoracic surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair or replacement, and thoracic tumor resections.
Utilize minimally invasive techniques to reduce recovery times when suitable.
Work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, monitoring for and addressing complications swiftly.
Participate in research and continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in cardiothoracic surgery.
Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
