Job description

Develop policies and procedures for the maintenance and development of corporate facilities, buildings, and affiliated ambulance station buildings in accordance with international best practices.


Study, plan, and design construction, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance projects for corporate buildings and ambulance station facilities and provide related technical consultations.


Prepare studies on the requirements for establishing new ambulance stations in line with the approved urban expansion plan of the Emirate of Dubai.


Prepare the annual budget for construction projects, infrastructure development, maintenance, renovation, and facility management requirements.


Assess corporate maintenance and development needs, prepare project documentation, manage tendering processes, analyze technical proposals, evaluate contractors' capabilities, and prepare related studies and recommendations for projects concerning corporate buildings and ambulance stations.


Monitor all phases of maintenance and development projects for corporate facilities and ambulance station buildings, ensuring contractors comply with contractual timelines, approved specifications, and technical standards.


Oversee annual maintenance and development contracts for corporate facility management and ambulance stations, ensuring contractor compliance with contractual obligations, measuring effectiveness, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and applying contractual financial penalties to suppliers where applicable.


Monitor development projects executed by strategic partners and prepared related reports.


Conduct site inspections for all maintenance and development projects to verify work quality and compliance with agreed specifications and standards and prepare related studies and recommendations.


Receive and manage all maintenance and facility management complaints and service requests, issue official work orders to contractors in accordance with approved policies, prioritize requests, define completion timelines, and ensure work is completed on time and to the required standards.


Review change orders for construction, maintenance, and development projects, provide technical opinions, recommend whether proposed changes are necessary and beneficial, and complete the associated contractual procedures.


Monitor and analyze the performance of mechanical, electrical, water supply, and sewage systems to ensure efficient operation; prepare related reports; oversee preventive maintenance plans; review and approve suppliers' maintenance reports; verify completion in accordance with approved specifications.


Prepare studies aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption, provide technical supervision for approved initiatives, and submit related reports and recommendations to senior management.


Provide technical supervision for environmental sustainability initiatives related to corporate facilities and support improvements in environmental performance.


Master's Degree: Minimum 9 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or an equivalent discipline.


Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 11 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or an equivalent discipline.
