Job description

  • Assist in patient assessment by gathering clinical history and observations.
  • Ensure patient medical file available before and during consultation.
  • Assist physicians or nurses in checking approval for patient services and documentation of OPD Insurance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and update clinical documentation accurately.
  • Assisting Clinicians for proper documentation of patients , history and condition and updating it on each visit.
  • Supports administrative tasks such as appointment Scheduling and Inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate Inpatient and Out patient records and documentation.
  • Maintains Confidentiality of patients records.
  • Inform department nurse of pending admission and assist patient with admission procedure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising clinicians.
  • Demonstrate awareness of fire safety, patient safety, infection control and the other necessary precautions as per hospital policy and participates in JCI activities.

Qualifications:
  • Qualification:       Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field


  • Experience :        Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare.


    Skill set:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills..


  •  Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
