Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-driven Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content across multiple social media platforms. If you are passionate about creating engaging digital content and staying ahead of social media trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content ideas aligned with the company's brand.
• Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for different social media platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish content on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and basic graphics for social media.
• Upload videos with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Video Editing, or Social Media Management.
• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
• Proven ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience managing YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization.
• Experience creating thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
