Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Construction Manager for large-scale, high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, resource planning, quality control, and safety compliance while supporting the Construction Manager in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.



Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for high-rise building projects.
- Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure optimal productivity.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance.
- Coordinate between site teams, consultants, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure field implementation aligns with BIM/Revit models and approved designs.
- Enforce project quality standards, authority regulations (DM, DDA, etc.), and HSE policies.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly look-ahead schedules with planning engineers.
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment to avoid resource delays.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and as-built documentation.
- Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports and implement delay recovery plans.


Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on
high-rise building projects (20+ floors preferred).
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and large workforces.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills under site pressure.
