About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:


   The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.



  • Manage and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
  • Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
  • Coordinate employee services and benefits, including medical insurance and employee discount programs.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement, wellness, and happiness initiatives.
  • Support employee relations and address inquiries related to HR policies and services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and employee communications as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred  2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee affairs and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
