Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Work from a provided contact list, to plan, track, and manage all outreach communications
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Proactively re-engage dormant accounts and those generating only small or infrequent orders accounts that fall outside the field sales team’s active coverage
Hold meaningful discovery conversations with each contact to identify business needs that Emerson solutions, specifically the Energy Transportation Solutions & Reliability Solutions product portfolio, can address
Coordinate internally to address customer needs and update proposals
Maintain accurate records of quotes, interactions, and opportunities
Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities to build a healthy, reliable pipeline across your assigned accounts
Complete structured training on sales processes, and the product portfolio, applying what you learn in your day-to-day outreach
Who you are:
You are a fast learner, eager to absorb new products, tools, and sales techniques and put them into practice quickly
You are comfortable and confident with digital tools, and pick up new platforms with ease
You are a strong communicator who builds rapport easily; both with customers externally and with colleagues internally
You are curious and a good listener, genuinely interested in understanding customer needs
You are self-motivated and organized, able to manage a high volume of accounts and stay on top of follow-ups
You are resilient and positive, staying motivated through repeated outreach and the occasional “no”
What do I need to be considered for this role?
Have an interest in sales, engineering, business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Comfort and confidence using digital tools; such as CRM or other sales-engagement platforms, no experience required
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to follow through independently in a remote setting
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
