Key Responsibilities



Support the daily operations of the Engineering Department.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
Prepare engineering reports, purchase requests, and departmental documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Maintain engineering inventory and spare parts records.
Assist in monitoring maintenance costs and departmental budgets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and resort standards.
Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Good knowledge of building maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
