Estimator - Fitout

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation and quantity surveying for residential villas and commercial fit-out projects. The role requires excellent analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
  

  
  

• Analyse drawings, project specifications, and related documents to determine costs.
  

  
  

• Review tender documents and ensure all items are covered in the pricing.
  

  
  

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and site requirements.
  

  
  

• Conduct material take-offs and site measurements.
  

  
  

• Evaluate and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices and claims.
  

  
  

• Request and analyse quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
  

  
  

• Prepare tender submissions with supporting cost breakdowns.
  

  
  

• Assist in procurement and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
  

  
  

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment of cost and design.
  

  
  

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  

  
  

• Provide cost comparisons and value engineering solutions to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  

  
  

• Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports.
  

  
  

• Maintain documentation for all cost and project activities.
  

  
  

• Highlight cost variations and prepare reports on project profitability.
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  

  
  

• 3–5 years of proven experience in fit-out estimation and quantity surveying.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of villa and commercial project fit-outs.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with local UAE market rates, suppliers, and fit-out processes.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software.
  

  
  

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  

  
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

  
  

• Immediate joiner preferred.
