Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of Huda Beauty’s multi-floor office environment across 3 floors in Dubai.
This role ensures the workplace is well maintained, compliant with health and safety standards, and supports a positive employee and visitor experience.
The role also includes leading and managing a team of 9, ensuring high service standards across all workplace support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-floor, office environment, ensuring all areas are functional, clean, safe, and well maintained.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Manage office layout, seating plans, and workspace optimisation; support office moves, fit-outs, and reconfigurations.
Manage the facilities budget covering maintenance, services, and utilities, monitoring spend, approving invoices, and identifying cost efficiencies.
Oversee security systems, access control, and business continuity planning; coordinate response during incidents and emergencies.
Ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-organised workplace experience; support company events and executive visits, and address employee requests promptly.
Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource use across all sites.

5+ years of facilities or workplace management experience, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer or luxury/beauty brand environment.
Proven experience managing multi-floor office environments (experience with spaces of 5,000+ sqm preferred).
Experience leading and managing operational teams, direct management of office support or facilities staff is required.
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, health, safety, fire, and building compliance legislation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
