Job description

Are you customer obsessed, analytical, strategic yet execution-focused, and passionate about e-commerce and supply chain? If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you.
The Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) MENATR team is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve seller experience, inbound operations, and supply chain performance across the region. In this role, you will work backwards from seller pain points, leverage data to identify opportunities, and drive scalable solutions across the FBA ecosystem.
This role requires a strong analytical skillset combined with program management and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable diving deep into large datasets, building scalable reporting mechanisms, identifying root causes, and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights. You will partner closely with Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Tech, and external stakeholders to drive operational improvements and business growth.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, deep dive into data, and get the job done.
FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale initiatives that directly impact seller experience, fulfillment efficiency, and customer experience across the region.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic FBA programs across MENATR, including process improvements, seller experience initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects.
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps, business opportunities, root causes, and performance trends.
- Build scalable reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and drive decision-making.
- Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data and present findings to senior leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Tech, and other internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inbound operations, inventory management, transportation programs, seller experience, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to influence roadmap prioritization and automation opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or other related quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
- Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or 5+ years of Tableau Desktop, Quicksight or other relevant data visualization software experience
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
