Finance and Accounting Intern

Job Description
The Finance and Accounting Intern will work closely with the finance team to gain practical exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business finance processes. This internship is suited for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on industry experience and professional development within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team with financial data entry, reconciliation, and analysis
• Assist in daily accounting activities and month-end/quarter-end closing procedures
• Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Contribute to budgeting, expense monitoring, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with different departments on finance-related projects and tasks
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounting function

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa under parent or university sponsorship
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or financial tools is an advantage
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
